Kai Rosen
Kai Rosen (they/them/theirs) is a workstream coordinator supporting the NC Health Talent Alliance and related projects. They come to the team with a robust background in managing complex health-related programs and expertise in inclusive pedagogy, research implementation, project management, and evaluation to enhance healthcare and academic research systems.
Prior to joining the Center, Kai was project assistant at the Center for Women’s Health Research at UNC Chapel Hill. Additional professional experiences include work at UNC Charlotte and Novant Health and in care settings as a trained birth doula. Kai holds a Master of Health Administration degree from UNC Charlotte and a bachelor’s degree in Africana Studies with concentrations in public health and sociology from Davidson College.
