Trish Farnham
Trish Farnham brings over 30 years of experience in aging and disability services to her role as Caregiving Workforce Analyst at the NC Center on the Workforce for Health. She has worked across public and private sectors, including leading various special projects at the NC Division of Health Benefits for over a decade. Trish’s lived experience informs her perspective on the health care workforce, having served as the executive director of an in-home support organization for people with disabilities, as a direct care worker and as a family caregiver. Prior to joining the Center, she led the North Carolina Coalition on Aging’s direct care workforce initiatives.
Trish holds a law degree and a masters of public administration from Georgia State University and degrees in geography and American studies from Miami University. Trish lives in Leland with her husband and floppy-eared German Shepherd.
